House Rules: I acknowledge receipt of the House Rules and agree to comply as a requirement of occupancy.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited, including the use of e-cigarettes, in the residence, on the lanai and in all common areas of including the pool, lawn, and beaches. Violators are subject to a fine up to $250. has context menu

Parking: Vehicle owner or driver hereby acknowledges that the Association and Management assume no liability for theft or damages to vehicles parked on the premises or in adjacent permitted parking lots.

Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am .

Maximum Occupancy: Exceeding the maximum occupancy for the residence (including children and infants) will result in penalties, eviction and/or forfeiture of all monies collected.

Damages: The Guest will be responsible for any and all damages to the residence, property amenities, or other resort facilities or equipment caused by Guest during their stay.

Terms & Conditions: I and each of my registered guests hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions of occupancy and we understand that the House Rules will be enforced.

Daily Amenity Fee of $25.00 plus taxes per suite per night. Starting January 1, 2025, the amenity fee will increase to $30 plus tax, per night for new reservations. Existing reservations will be charged the previous fee of $25 plus tax per night. Fee includes but not limited to Wi-Fi, Parking, In-Suite Safe, In-Suite Kauai Coffee, Long Distance Calls and Mainland/Canada.
